David is a very nice person and has been very accommodating when we've called and given us same day appts. There is parking and the rooms are very lovely and spacious. Big tv on the wall to watch baby and comfy couches for husband and child to sit on. We weren't made to feel bad about bringing in our child (unlike normal scanning places). We walked away feeling good and that we will be welcome back anytime we need reassurance
